WatchFox research waitlist privacy notice · Updated 8 November 2026

This page explains the information collected by Lyramirae for the WatchFox research waitlist. It does not describe a released WatchFox app or ask you to upload study material.

What we collect

• Your email address and explicit consent to receive WatchFox research and availability emails.
• Your optional choice of lectures, webinars or both.
• Up to three campaign labels, such as the campaign or source that brought you here. We do not store the full page URL or referrer with your signup.
• A random signup receipt, stored as a hash on the server, plus operational timestamps and notification-delivery status.

We do not collect recordings, transcripts, payment details or the answer you type in the sample study-pack exercise. Please do not email us sensitive course, work or personal material for this research.

Why, and who handles it

We use your details to understand interest, invite relevant research feedback and tell you about WatchFox availability. Your submission is stored on Lyramirae's existing Railway-hosted service, separate from other product responses, and sent to contact@lyramirae.com through Resend for the team's review. Railway and Resend may process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

We do not sell the waitlist or add you to unrelated product mailing lists. Joining is not a purchase, an account or guaranteed access.

Browser storage and traffic data

This page uses no advertising pixel or third-party analytics script. Fonts are served with the page. After a successful signup, your browser may save a random receipt so you can request removal from the same browser. Your email is not stored there.

Ordinary hosting and email providers may keep security and delivery logs, including IP addresses and request metadata. The waitlist application uses short-lived rate limits to reduce spam; it does not store your IP address in the waitlist record. Closing the page clears the sample exercise answer.

Leaving the waitlist

Use “Remove my waitlist details” below the form using the original signup receipt saved in the browser where you first joined, or email contact@lyramirae.com with “Remove my WatchFox details”. We can also help you access or correct your information. Signing up again with the same email does not extend retention or provide a new receipt with access to remove an earlier registration. Removal requests stop future use of the application record; messages already delivered to the contact mailbox or provider logs may need separate removal.

Retention

We keep signup details only for this research and availability follow-up, for up to 180 days from your original signup, unless you ask for removal sooner. Service backups and provider security logs may have separate retention periods. If the project does not proceed, we will stop using the list and remove the application records.
